- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3/4 cup pitted dates
- In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, condensed milk, orange juice concentrate and orange zest, until smooth. Gradually beat in the confectioners sugar until a spreadable consistency is reached.
- Frost cake and decorate with dates.
