Herb-and-Nut Cream Cheese Log Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted PLANTERS Pecans, divided
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • RITZ Crackers
  1. Mix cream cheese, Parmesan and 1/4 cup nuts.
  2. Shape into 8-inch log. Roll in combined remaining nuts and parsley; press gently into log to secure.
  3. Serve with crackers.
