Fondue Recipe

  • 1 (1 pound) package Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel diced tomatoes
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced jalapenos
  • 2 (1 pound) loaves sourdough (one cubed, one whole)
  1. Cut Velveeta into cubes and place in the microwave for 3 minutes.
  2. Mix diced tomatoes and jalapenos into melted velveeta.
  3. Fold in sour cream.
  4. Cut half an inch down on bread round and remove the inside.
  5. Place fondue in bread bowl and serve with second round of cubed bread — game on!
