Zesty Kale Recipe

  • 4 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 4 leaves kale, stems removed and discarded, leaves torn into bite-sized pieces
  1. Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic together in a bowl.
  2. Place kale leaves in a bowl; drizzle soy sauce dressing over kale. Toss to coat.
