Tropical Candy Clusters Recipe

  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped toasted almonds or macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup chopped candied pineapple
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  1. Combine both chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and salt in 2-quart microwave-safe dish. Cook on High 3 minutes or until chips melt, stirring after each 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in almonds, pineapple and coconut.
  2. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto wax paper lined baking sheet. Chill 1 hour or until firm. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
