Tex-Mex Tuna Salad Recipe

  • 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 2/3 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 12 medium taco shells
  1. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, olives, green onions and celery; toss together.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the salsa, sour cream and cumin. Pour over tuna mixture; lightly toss to mix.
  3. Line taco shells with shredded lettuce and spoon tuna mixture into shells. Drizzle with additional salsa or top with additional sour cream if desired.
