Tequila Lime Shrimp Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons Archer Farms™ extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Archer Farms™ minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Archer Farms™ ground chipotle powder
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen Market Pantry™ easy-peel, tail-on shrimp, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons Market Pantry™ butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons tequila
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  1. In a large skillet, add olive oil, garlic and chipotle pepper. Cook on medium-high heat until garlic sizzles.
  2. Add shrimp and tequila to skillet. Cook for 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink. Stir in cilantro and lime juice.
