- 2 tablespoons Archer Farms™ extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Archer Farms™ minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon Archer Farms™ ground chipotle powder
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen Market Pantry™ easy-peel, tail-on shrimp, thawed
- 2 tablespoons Market Pantry™ butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons tequila
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- In a large skillet, add olive oil, garlic and chipotle pepper. Cook on medium-high heat until garlic sizzles.
- Add shrimp and tequila to skillet. Cook for 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink. Stir in cilantro and lime juice.
