Stress Burger and Green Salad Recipe

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 4 hamburger buns, split
  • 2 slices reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
  • Ketchup (optional)
  • Salad:
  • 2 cups lettuce, torn
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  1. Combine first 2 ingredients. Mix well. Make 4 patties. Cook and serve on buns with toppings and salad.
