- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 4 hamburger buns, split
- 2 slices reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- Ketchup (optional)
- Salad:
- 2 cups lettuce, torn
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- Combine first 2 ingredients. Mix well. Make 4 patties. Cook and serve on buns with toppings and salad.
