Spicy Chipotle Tuna Recipe

  • 2 (7 ounce) packages chunk light tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • salt to taste (optional)
  1. Mix tuna, ranch dressing, Dijon mustard, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Add chipotle peppers and green onions; fold through the tuna mixture. Season with salt.
