Skillet Zucchini and Tomato Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 small organic zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 2 organic tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Market Pantry™ Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup Market Pantry™ shredded mozzarella cheese
  1. Heat olive oil in 10-inch skillet over low heat. Place zucchini in skillet; top with tomato slices. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic salt. Sprinkle with cheese. Do not stir.
  2. Cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until zucchini is tender and cheese is melted.
