Lemon Fish Bake Recipe

  • 3 tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry's® Lemon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 pound tilapia or catfish fillets
  • 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  • Paprika (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In shallow dish, combine Spread, Lawry's(R) Lemon Pepper, Lawry's(R) Seasoned Salt and dill weed. Dip fillets in Spread mixture, then evenly coat with bread crumbs.
  2. In 13 x 9-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, arrange fillets. Lightly sprinkle, if desired, with paprika. Bake 30 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Garnish, if desired, with lemon slices.
