- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 cup Lucerne Fat Free Plain Yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
- In a 6- to 8-inch frying pan over medium heat, stir sesame seeds until golden, 2 to 3 minutes; watch carefully, since they can burn quickly. Pour seeds from pan into a small bowl.
- To the bowl, add yogurt and garlic; mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
