Sesame Yogurt Sauce Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 cup Lucerne Fat Free Plain Yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper
  1. In a 6- to 8-inch frying pan over medium heat, stir sesame seeds until golden, 2 to 3 minutes; watch carefully, since they can burn quickly. Pour seeds from pan into a small bowl.
  2. To the bowl, add yogurt and garlic; mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
