Sesame Chicken Salad Recipe

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 rotisserie-roasted chicken, meat removed and shredded
  • 3/4 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 6 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup chow mein noodles
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  1. In a small bowl, whisk sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and oil.
  2. Place chicken, celery, green onions, lettuce, noodles and cilantro in a medium bowl; add sesame oil dressing and toss to coat.
  3. Divide salad among 4 individual serving plates.
