- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 rotisserie-roasted chicken, meat removed and shredded
- 3/4 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 6 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup chow mein noodles
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- In a small bowl, whisk sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and oil.
- Place chicken, celery, green onions, lettuce, noodles and cilantro in a medium bowl; add sesame oil dressing and toss to coat.
- Divide salad among 4 individual serving plates.
