Panini Florentine Recipe

  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT GOOD SEASONS Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 8 slices whole grain bread
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 roasted red peppers, cut in half
  • 4 KRAFT DELI FRESH Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese Slices
  1. Marinate chicken in dressing in glass dish in refrigerator 30 min.; discard marinade. Cook chicken in skillet on medium heat 5 min. on each side or until cooked through (165 degrees F).
  2. Spread bread with mayonnaise; fill with remaining ingredients to make 4 sandwiches.
  3. Cook in panini maker on medium heat 5 min. or until golden brown.
