- 2 yams, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil; add yams. Cook until very soft, about 8 minutes. Drain; peel off skins.
- Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add yams; cook and stir until browned, 5 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
