Mulligan Stew Recipe

  • 1/2 pound beef stew meat
  • 1 (1.5 ounce) package dried beef-stew mix
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup instant white rice
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can beef broth
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
  1. Brown the beef over medium heat. Add the remaining ingredients and cook over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
