Lick-the-Spoon Cilantro Jalapeno Aioli Recipe

  • 3/4 cup olive oil mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 jalapeno, seeds and membrane removed, diced
  • 1 1/2 garlic cloves, halved
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  1. Blend mayonnaise, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, garlic, lime juice, cumin, and salt together in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until flavors blend, at least 1 hour.
