- 2 cups Keebler® Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 (.25 ounce) envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- In small bowl stir together crumbs and 2 tablespoons sugar. Add margarine or butter. Toss until combined. Press on bottom and up sides of 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until firm.
- In small saucepan combine 1 cup sugar and gelatin. Add water. Cook and stir over low heat until sugar and gelatin dissolve. Cool.
- In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sour cream and vanilla. Beat until combined. Gradually add gelatin mixture, beating until well mixed.
- Pour into chilled crust. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
