Johnsonville Italian Sausage Rigatoni Recipe

  • 1 (19 ounce) package Johnsonville Italian Mild Sausage Links
  • 1 (16 ounce) package rigatoni pasta, cooked and drained
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large sweet red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
  1. Cook sausage links according to package instructions; drain. Cut into 1/2-inch pieces and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and saute garlic and red pepper until crisp-tender. Add prepared sausage, pasta, and marinara sauce; cook and stir until heated through. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
