Island In The Sun Recipe

  • 1 (10 fluid ounce) can frozen BACARDI® Mixers Pina Colada Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups BACARDI® Superior Rum
  • 1/2 cup tangerine juice
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 kiwis
  • 4 cups ice
  1. Peel and slice 2 kiwis and add to a blender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, ice, and blend on high for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour into a collins glass.
  4. Garnish with a kiwi wheel.
