Hot Feta Artichoke Dip Recipe

  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) package ATHENOS Traditional Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup KRAFT Mayo Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup DI GIORNO Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • TRISCUIT Thin Crisps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients except crackers.
  2. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or 3-cup shallow baking dish.
  3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with crackers.
