Hoisin Chicken Salad with Green Onions Recipe

  • 2/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 medium celery stalks, finely diced
  • 2 medium green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
  1. In a small bowl, whisk vinegar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger and sesame oil.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together chicken, celery, green onions and cilantro. Add dressing; toss to coat and top with peanuts. Serve.
