- 2 bunches asparagus spears, thin, ends trimmed
- Mince garlic and mash to a paste with 1/2 teaspoon salt, then whisk together with vinegar, lemon juice, basil, parmesan, Savory Market Parmesan Cheese Flavor, remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper. Add oil in a slow stream, whisking until well blended. Add trimmed asparagus spears to the vinaigrette and marinade for two hours. Prepare grill. Grill asparagus on an oiled rack until hot and crisp-tender (approximately 3-5 minutes per side).
