  • 1 (10 ounce) package romaine lettuce blend
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 8 (1 ounce) slices deli honey roast turkey breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 (7 ounce) package Borden® Shred Medleys™ Garden Blend Shredded Cheese, seasoned according to package directions
  • 1/2 cup prepared reduced-fat buttermilk ranch dressing
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, shelled (optional)
  1. ARRANGE salad greens on serving platter or 4 plates.
  2. TOP with cucumber, turkey, tomatoes, seasoned cheese and dressing.
  3. GARNISH with avocado and sunflower seeds.
