Green Chilies Rice Recipe

  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups instant rice
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  2. Mix celery soup, sour cream, green chiles, and Cheddar cheese together in a large bowl; add rice and stir to coat. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until rice is tender, about 20 minutes.
