- 1 (12 inch) ready-to-use baked pizza crust
- 1/4 cup tzatziki
- 1/4 cup drained roasted red peppers, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup chopped, drained marinated artichoke hearts
- 2 tablespoons halved kalamata olives
- 1 (4 ounce) package ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Spread crust with tzatziki; top with next 4 ingredients.
- Bake directly on oven rack 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is softened and edge of crust is golden brown.
- Drizzle with lemon juice; sprinkle with onions.
