Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce Recipe

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
