Gin Fix Recipe

  • Ice for serving
  • 12 ounces gin
  • 5 ounces lemon juice
  • 1 ounce pineapple syrup
  • 6 Maraschino cherries for garnish
  • Glassware: Wine glasses
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin, lemon juice, and pineapple syrup. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is beaded with sweat and frosty.
  2. Strain the cocktail into wineglasses. Garnish each with a cherry and serve.
