Fresh and Fruity Cranberry Relish Recipe

  • 4 cups cranberries
  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 2 large apples, peeled and cored
  • 2 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  1. Coarsely grind cranberries, oranges, and apples in a food mill or grinder; put in a bowl. Stir sugar, pineapple, and walnuts through the cranberry mixture.
  2. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
