Favorite Jell-O® Pie Recipe

  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 1 (6 ounce) package mixed berry-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
  • 1 (6 ounce) prepared graham cracker crust
  1. Stir boiling water and gelatin together in a bowl until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add ice and cold water; stir until ice is melted.
  2. Whisk whipped topping into gelatin mixture until smooth. Refrigerate until mixture is thickened, about 20 minutes. Spoon gelatin mixture into graham cracker crust and refrigerate until set, 4 hours to overnight.
