  • 4 ounces cooked chicken strips
  • 2 ounces low fat or nonfat, dairy-free yogurt (soy)
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 cup red or green grapes
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  1. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Mix soy yogurt with curry powder until well blended. Cut grapes in half. Thoroughly mix chicken and grapes with seasoned yogurt and serve on bed on greens.
