Edible Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Recipe

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
  1. Combine brown sugar and butter in a bowl; beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Add flour, milk, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt; mix on medium speed until combined, about 2 minutes. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips.
