Dole® Whip Recipe

  • 2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  1. Blend pineapple, sugar, lemon juice, and lime juice together in a blender until mostly smooth; freeze until slushy consistency, 1 to 2 hours. Stir cream into pineapple mixture until evenly incorporated.
