Dijon Chicken with Bacon Recipe

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
  1. Adjust oven rack to center position and preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Place chicken in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix mustard and teriyaki then spread evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with bacon and green onions.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until chicken is golden and cooked through, about 25 minutes.
