- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- Adjust oven rack to center position and preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place chicken in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix mustard and teriyaki then spread evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with bacon and green onions.
- Bake in preheated oven until chicken is golden and cooked through, about 25 minutes.
