Delicious Vegan Date Fudge Balls Recipe

  • 15 dates, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds, or to taste (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut, or to taste (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch salt (optional)
  1. Mash dates together in a bowl until a paste-like consistency. Add peanut butter; mix well. Stir almonds, coconut, cocoa powder, and salt into date mixture. Roll date mixture into balls.
