Dandelion Pesto Recipe

  • 2 cups dandelion greens
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
  • salt to taste (optional)
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes, or to taste (optional)
