Country Sausage Cornbread Recipe

  • 1 (8.5 ounce) package corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) package frozen BOCA Meatless breakfast Links, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
  1. MIX all ingredients until blended.
  2. Pour into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with no stick cooking spray
  3. BAKE at 425(F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
