- 1 (8.5 ounce) package corn muffin mix
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 (8 ounce) package frozen BOCA Meatless breakfast Links, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
- MIX all ingredients until blended.
- Pour into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with no stick cooking spray
- BAKE at 425(F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
