Balsamic Pasta Salad Recipe

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta, cooked according to package and kept warm
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 large green pepper, diced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes with Balsamic Vinegar, Basil and Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  1. Combine pasta, mixed vegetables, bell pepper, and kidney beans.
  2. Add tomatoes; toss to coat. Serve hot or cold. Season to taste. Blend in Parmesan cheese.
