- 2 avocados – peeled, pitted and diced
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash ground black pepper
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a potato masher. Mix in the sour cream, salsa, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
