- 1 (9 ounce) package Tyson® Fresh Chicken Breast Tenders
- 1 (12 ounce) package fettucine pasta, uncooked
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen vegetable mix
- 1/2 cup Caesar or Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium. Add chicken to skillet. Wash hands. Sprinkle with basil and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until done (internal temp 170 degrees F).
- Add frozen vegetables to pasta for last 5 minutes of cook time; return to boil and cook until vegetables are fork tender. Drain pasta and vegetables. Add to skillet with chicken. Add dressing. Mix well; cook until heated through. Add cheese; toss to coat pasta.
