Zesty Chicken Pasta Skillet Recipe

  • 1 (9 ounce) package Tyson® Fresh Chicken Breast Tenders
  • 1 (12 ounce) package fettucine pasta, uncooked
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen vegetable mix
  • 1/2 cup Caesar or Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium. Add chicken to skillet. Wash hands. Sprinkle with basil and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until done (internal temp 170 degrees F).
  2. Add frozen vegetables to pasta for last 5 minutes of cook time; return to boil and cook until vegetables are fork tender. Drain pasta and vegetables. Add to skillet with chicken. Add dressing. Mix well; cook until heated through. Add cheese; toss to coat pasta.
