Yummy Pomegranate Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • kosher salt to taste
  1. Place olive oil, pomegranate juice, rice vinegar, white sugar, shallots, garlic, white pepper, and salt in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
