Yogurt Poppy Seed Dressing Recipe

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt (whole-milk or low-fat)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 3/4 teaspoon mild honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. Mince garlic, then mash to a paste with a pinch of salt using a heavy knife. Add 3/4 teaspoon garlic paste (or to taste) to a bowl with remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth. Let dressing stand about 1 hour to allow flavors to develop.
