Yogurt Guacamole Recipe
- 4 avocados, halved, seeded, peeled and mashed
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 cup Dannon® All Natural Plain Lowfat Yogurt
- 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- Tortilla chips
- In a large bowl combine avocado and lime juice. Fold in yogurt, tomatoes, onion, salt and pepper. Transfer to serving bowl. Top with green onions. Serve at once, or cover and chill up to 4 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
