- 1/4 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon Champagne or white wine vinegar
- Combine all ingredients in a salad shaker. Blend well.
- Toss with spinach salad and 1/2 cup added fruit strawberries, saskatoons, apple chunks, dried cranberries, etc.
