- 1/4 teaspoon green food color
- 1 (16 ounce) container ready-to-spread vanilla frosting
- 24 unfrosted cupcakes, prepared from your favorite flavor cake mix, cooled
- 24 fudge-striped shortbread cookies
- 24 foil-wrapped milk chocolate candies, unwrapped
- Orange decorating icing
- Stir green food color into frosting in container until no streaks remain. Frost cupcakes.
- Top each cupcake with a cookie, chocolate bottom side up.
- Use decorating icing to attach candies to cookie to resemble hat as pictured. Pipe icing around base of candy.
