- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive or canola oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflowerets
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- In a large nonstick skillet, saute garlic in oil for 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
