- 32 Hershey®'s Kisses® milk chocolates, unwrapped
- 1 (11.5 ounce) package fudge-striped shortbread cookies
- 1 (4.5 ounce) tube orange or red decorating icing
- Using decorating icing, attach one Kiss to the chocolate bottom of each cookie.
- Pipe the icing around the base of the candy.
