Wasabi Mashed Potatoes from Kikkoman® Recipe

  • 3 pounds potatoes
  • 1/2 cup canned evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon Kikkoman Wasabi Sauce
  1. Cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces, place potatoes in large pot of cold salted water. Boil until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain. Return to pot; mash. Add milk and butter to potatoes. Beat potatoes until fluffy and smooth; add Wasabi Sauce.
