- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 4 whole cardamom seeds
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup skim milk
- Honey, to taste
- Boil turmeric and cardamom in water in small sauce pan for 8 minutes. Meanwhile, in another pan, bring milk just to boiling point. Turn off heat. Add turmeric mixture, remove cardamom seeds and serve with honey to taste.
