Warm Chocolate Fudge Sauce Recipe

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 8 ounces bittersweet (60% cacao) chocolate, chopped
  1. Bring cream and corn syrup to a simmer, stirring, then remove from heat. Add chocolate and stir until it melts and sauce is smooth. Serve warm.
